Neal Communities Launches The Cruise Series Of Homes In River Sound.

Since opening in February, Neal Communities has sold about 90 homes in River Sound. That figure represents about half of all available properties in River Sound. Neal Communities is now introducing a new series of floor plans and three new models. The gated community, located just west of I-75 between State Road 64 and State Road 70 on Morgan Johnson Road, has become one of Bradenton, Florida’s best selling communities.

“We have successfully anticipated the demands of homebuyers in this area and are creating homes they want to buy now,” states Neal Communities’ President Pat Neal. “We see that people are willing to commit to purchasing a home, but do not want to overextend themselves. It’s a restrained optimism.”

The Cruise Series, consists of the Spirit,’ ‘Valor,’ ‘Freedom,’ ‘Liberty,’ ‘Glory,’ and ‘Splendor floor plans. The homes range from 1,028 square feet to 1,936 square feet and prices range from $129,900 to $180, 400.

Such patriotic names are appropriate for a community that will be home to at least 40 “Hometown Heroes” and their families. Because of River Sound’s special buyer rewards for those in education, public safety, health care and non-profit work, many teachers, firefighters, deputies, nurses and others have purchased homes in the new community.

“We have found that the River Sound community is attractive to a variety of customers who are asking for homes in this size and price range,” says Area Sales Manager, Jonnie Dwyer. “They like the idea that they can live in a Neal home in a Neal neighborhood at prices never before available.”
