Holland Construction Program Facilitates Jumpstarting Of Construction Projects.

Holland Construction, a full-service construction firm with offices in Florida, Maryland and Pennsylvania, announced an innovative program offering creative financial solutions and options to customers enabling them to jumpstart construction projects.

Dubbed the “EF-10” package it allows companies to choose deferred fees, construction financing arrangements or establishing an ownership or equity position in a project. The program’s intent is to jumpstart certain construction jobs that may have stalled due to the lack of adequate funding.

Joe Holland, company president, termed the program a “mini-stimulus” project that is geared toward owners and investors of retail centers, commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, public projects including schools and libraries, and a variety of other user-occupied projects. Holland explained the final determination of the equity or financing model best suited to the customer will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

“Although we detect a loosening of the equity markets, obtaining adequate financing remains a key obstacle in the initiation and completion of many construction projects,” Holland said. “We believe the EF-10 program will offer an attractive and compelling solution to certain companies, and allow them to move forward with their plans.
